Full board accommodation (room, breakfast, lunch, dinner):
Accommodation in double room (two persons): 276.00 €/day
Accommodation in double room (single use): 160.00 €/day
Accommodation in triple room: 396.00 €/day
There is a Palermo Touristic Tax of 4.5 €/day/person.
The meeting will start on Monday 15th June 2026 at 9.00 and will end on Saturday 20th June 2026 at 13.00. Participants are expected to arrive on Sunday 14th June and leave on Saturday 20th June. It is also possible to stay longer with the same workshop conditions. Our special full board agreement with the hotel does not allow to refund skipped meals.
The cost of each meal for people not using the hotel is 40 €
